Universal Facilities Rules
Access via digital gate only. No glass, alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, smoking, barbeque, glitter, chocolate fountains, or gum. No bicycles, skateboards, or motorized vehicles (wheelchairs/strollers ok). Service animals only. Profanity or aggressive behavior are grounds for expulsion. Members are solely responsible for the safety of family and guests and agree to indemnify the Association against all claims.
Video Surveillance Disclosure
Security cameras installed in common areas. Not continuously monitored. Footage deleted after 30 days unless required for investigation, insurance, or legal matters. Not released except by court order or as required by law.
Pool, Tennis & Playground Rules
Obey lifeguards. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Swim attire only. No glass, alcohol, or drugs on any BGP property. Swim diapers required for non-potty-trained children. No running, aggressive behavior, or profanity. Tennis court shoes required. Members must remain on premises with guests at all times.
Release of Liability & Waiver
User acknowledges inherent risks of using BGP Facilities including risk of serious injury or death. User agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Briargrove Park Property Owners, Inc. and its officers, directors, agents and employees against all claims, demands, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from use of BGP Facilities. Governed by Texas law, Harris County jurisdiction.
